If you cannot find a delivery estimate via our website, please contact us for a quote. Some countries may incur higher delivery costs due to location and variable rates. We will do our best to get the most cost-effective postage method possible.
RETURNS
We are certain you’ll be delighted with your purchases. However, if you do have any problems, please contact us on 01442 878629 or info@fiveminutebox.co.uk and we will be happy to refund any item you aren’t satisfied with. Please note our return address is different from our address for accounts:

Please ensure that:
You return items to the above address, otherwise you may incur an additional delivery charge.
You notify us before returning items and within 28 days of purchase.
Goods are well packaged and complete as sold.
The original sales invoice is enclosed with the returned goods.
We’ll provide a full refund on the cost of the item on receipt of the goods. We would recommend you send the item back with insured delivery.
